Extended Stay America Suites - Rochester - Henrietta

Luxury vinyl plank floors are ALWAYS BETTER than carpet. In my room, the floors felt a bit sticky until I ran a steam cleaner (my personal one) over it. The shower in my bathroom sprung a leak in the wall & rained down in the lobby, prompting maintenance to come by. The maintenance man was lovely and very polite. He apologized for any inconvenience, but the problem was fixed very quickly and with minimal mess. The entire staff was friendly and we wer able to get extra pillows which almost never happens on vacation. The room itself was HUGE. Apparently the corner rooms are the largest & I enjoyed not being all on top of my travel companions.

I thought that the staff was exceptionally responsive. I was visiting because of illness and death in the family; I was under a lot of stress. The excellent staff helped to calm my nerves and resolve the problem promptly. I was very impressed by their sensitivity, flexibility and professionalism.

The location Was close to everything you need Henrietta a suburb of Rochester is generally a lot safer then the inner city and isn’t far from the highway, the price was the third lowest in the area but it wasn’t a dump and I didn’t have to worry about bedbugs etc.

The location is great. The breakfast could be a bit more decent. They could put toiletries in the bathroom fir those of us that forget or stay spur of the moment.
