I thought that the staff was exceptionally responsive. I was visiting because of illness and death in the family; I was under a lot of stress. The excellent staff helped to calm my nerves and resolve the problem promptly. I was very impressed by their sensitivity, flexibility and professionalism.

The location Was close to everything you need Henrietta a suburb of Rochester is generally a lot safer then the inner city and isn’t far from the highway, the price was the third lowest in the area but it wasn’t a dump and I didn’t have to worry about bedbugs etc.

The facility is really geared for extended stay customers . You have a large fridge and all kitchen facilities. So you can prepare your own stuff if you wish or store in your fridge and just heat up.

Nice desk for being able to work. Strong internet signal. Quiet and clean. Good value, especially compared to nearby cities. Excellent shower and hot water. Pretty much all a person could need.
